F12.19 Tuition Payment Plan

POLICY:

The College offers a monthly payment plan for eligible students.  For undergraduate students, a four and five month installment payment plan is offered for the fall and spring semesters.  For graduate students, a three month installment payment plan is offered for the fall, spring, and summer semesters.

PROCEDURE:

Enrollment in the plan is by semester and is done online through the billing portal.

A fee is assessed each semester at the time of enrollment in the plan.

The plan amount is for the outstanding balance on the account at the time of enrollment. The plan balance automatically adjusts up or down as payments are made, financial aid is applied, and charges are added or removed.

Plan fee, dates, deadlines, and number of payments are reviewed annually.

Payments are scheduled online from a bank account to be automatically withdrawn on the monthly payment dates.

Student accounts are credited with the plan balance pending receipt of the monthly payments.

Delinquent payments may result in removal from the plan, restrictions placed on future plan enrollment, and assessment of additional fees.
