The purpose of this policy is to promote consistency in the payment of wages for student employment during the summer months. This policy complies with the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act and State minimum wage, and it applies to all students/employees of Stonehill College.

It is the policy of the College to compensate all students who are employed over the summer months in a fair and consistent manner. All students will be compensated according to specific classifications created by the College. The Human Resources Department will review position classifications and establish salaries for each classification annually.
