Purpose and scope To provide Stonehill College with a centralized Master Calendar and Reservation System.

POLICY:

All events and room reservations to be conducted on the Stonehill College Campus require the completion of the Master Calendar “Request an Event” Form (electronic) located on the web at http://web.stonehill.edu/calendar/.

PROCEDURE:

1. Completion of the web “Request an Event” Form does not imply event approval.

2. Each facility request will be evaluated and the status of the request will be made available to the client within five (5) business days.

3. Events requiring support services (media, set-up/floor plans, campus police, and food services) must provide a minimum of seven (7) business days advance notice.

4. Facility requests not made in accordance with this policy will be denied approval by the Office of Conference & Event Services.

5. The requestor is responsible for any and all fees and charges incurred by the event.

6. Stonehill College faculty and staff hosting or sponsoring events for outside groups (non-students) will be assessed facility rental and associated fees based on the prevailing Facility Rental Fee Schedule.

7. All student reservation requests will require a faculty advisor signature or appropriate approval by the Student Activities Office.
