F3.27 Damage Reporting

All Campus Police and Facilities Management employees must report any damage or safety problem observed while working.

PROCEDURE:

  1. Employees should report damage or safety problems on the “If You See It Report It” forms. For safety issues, employees must notify their supervisor immediately.
  2. Employees should request additional forms from their supervisor.
