A5.8 Auditing Courses

Effective Date: August, 22 2017
Last Reviewed: August, 22 2017

Students may enroll in courses on an “Audit” basis, for no academic credit during the first two weeks of the semester, with the written approval of the course instructor. An auditor may not take a seat from another student and is expected to attend classes, but is not required to complete assignments or to take examinations. The audit is recorded on the student’s academic record as “AU”, but no grade or credits are assigned.

Active Stonehill students will not be charged additional tuition, and may audit a maximum of one course per semester.

Non-Stonehill students will be charged an audit fee of half the per-credit tuition rate.
