F12.12 Withdrawal for Active Duty

Student reservists who are called up to active duty status after registering for the semester will receive special consideration in determining tuition, fees, and room and board charges for which they remain responsible.

PROCEDURE:

  1. Any and all withdrawals from the College must be processed through Academic Services.
  2. The student will receive a full credit of tuition and fees if they are unable to complete a semester (less any applicable aid).
  3. Title IV financial aid funds will be adjusted according to Federal Policy.4. Room and board overhead charges will be directly proportional to actual charges incurred through the end of the week of withdrawal from housing. Food charges are adjusted according to the amount remaining in the student’s declining balance account with the dining services office as of the withdrawal date.
