Employees of the College, including work study students, are expected to act responsibly and in accordance with state and federal laws when accessing and using confidential information. This policy should at all times be interpreted consistent with Policy F09.2 Information Security and Policy A05.12 Student Educational Records.

Employee, Student, and Alumni home addresses, home phone numbers, social security numbers, dates of birth, and medical information are considered confidential and should not be released by any employee of Stonehill College to anyone, including other members of the Stonehill Community for personal use. Consistent with Policy F09.2 and A05.12, confidential information may be released for legitimate business uses or to comply with legal requests for information.
