Each July 1, all full-time non-exempt employees will be granted seven hours of personal time (pro-rated for part-time non-exempt employees, scheduled between 20 - 34 hours/week).
The personal time does not accumulate from year to year and if not used by June 30 will not carry over. Personal time does not have any cash value upon termination. Personal time may be taken in one-hour increments.
Personal time for bargaining unit members is governed by the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
