Stonehill College recognizes the importance of professional development and growth. Employees who wish to apply for a vacant position must apply through the Office of Human Resources.

Employees who meet the requirements of the position for which they apply will be interviewed. The College reserves the right to additionally meet with external applicants and select the best-qualified person for the position.

Internal applicants who are selected for a vacant position will be subject to the provisional requirements of Policy E03.13. Bargaining unit members are subject to the transfer and probationary requirements described in their Collective Bargaining Agreement.
